Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the ones serveapps.com uses, what they are for, and how to change your mind. It also explains the first-party storage our apps use inside merchants’ stores.

When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Necessary cookies are always on; everything else waits for your OK.

Storage used by the apps in merchants’ stores
- SelfServe works on the order status page and uses Shopify’s own session; it sets no cookies of its own.
- CartServe keeps the cart drawer state (open or closed) in the browser’s local storage on the store’s domain.
- UpServe stores a small first-party marker on the store’s domain so a shopper is not shown the same offer beyond the frequency cap the merchant configured.
These are strictly functional, contain no personal data, are never read across sites, and are governed by the merchant’s own cookie policy.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and switch categories on or off. Your new choice applies immediately and is stored for 12 months.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, but it will ask for your choice again.
We honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, optional categories default to off.
